Terms of Service

Welcome to L A Productions, LLC. By engaging our media production services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

L A Productions, LLC agrees to provide the production services described in the proposal or contract, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and deliverable packaging. We perform services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely project information, approvals, and access to required assets, locations, and distribution accounts as needed. The Client is responsible for confirming that all provided materials and usage rights are lawful and authorized.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for services are due as outlined in your specific Service Agreement. Monthly retainer fees are generally billed in advance. Late payments may result in a pause of service or ad spend.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables created for the Client become the Client's property upon full payment. L A Productions, LLC retains rights to internal workflows, reusable frameworks, and pre-existing proprietary tools.

5. Limitation of Liability

L A Productions, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for services in the month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice, unless a specific contract term (e.g., 6 months) has been agreed upon in the Service Agreement.
